Rhubarb Crunch
This Rhubarb Crunch is the epitome of comfort food. It’s just like grandma used to make, but with wine!
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup quick oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 cup butter; softened
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup Ackerman Rhubarb Wine
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
Directions
- In saucepan; stir rhubarb, wine, vanilla, sugar, and cornstarch
- Cook on moderate heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens
- Pour into greased 9×9 pan
- Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt, and butter
- Stir and pour over rhubarb mixture
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
